This background...
was circulating around many HoMM websites, since it's a background used in the game. That's where I got it from. The other background (the teal(?) one) is the same background after a bit of a color change I made using Paint Shop Pro.
The banners and the buttons use some HoMM graphz (screens I caught from the game). The frames for the graphics come from the HoMM webkit, available at the 3DO HoMM page.
