*stirs*
*stretches* Hey Behemoth...:)
Humm... *looks at his newest logo after his sig..*
You don't need protection from me; and I hope, I'm not your enemy... but I do know what you mean...
I've known a couple of people for years and if they are my friends..well I surely don't need any enemies...*smiles* I think they poisoned my dog...but no way of proving it now...*bites her lip and shoves the notion away*
So how have you been ...good I hope...missed you...:)

Poisoned your dog?
That's one of the things I consider unforgivable. Though I don't have a pet on my own I'm strongly against animal violence and this is the highest act of animal violence.
As for the sig, I also got it confirmed quite a few times.
I've been fine. Had two exams this month and they went quite good. Will have another few in May, so I'm studying lots now.
How have you been?

*smiles a uni smile*
Thought it was time I should shed the smooth skin and put my fur back on...
Oh the story is a long one and which when all the tiny pieces are placed together over a period of five months makes me think something was really 'rotten in Denmark'... about my little baby...that was a near a year ago... and I don't have much to do with them anymore. They call occassionally... I'm polite but I am not what you say overly friendly anymore...
Glad to hear you have done so well on your exams... if you don't mind me asking...what profession are you considering...(lawyer, doctor, computer expert, activist?)
Oh I'm fine...Enjoying the spring weather... did a lot of yard work this weekend...built a fire and burned excess wood trimmings, turned the garden and planted, mowed, and cleaned out the pond...yard looks really nice..
We were looking to move...but th dad-gum sellers backed out of the deal...perhaps better now than later I suppose..

And I liked your previous pic real much...
As for the profession, I plan to study geodesy.

Okay...
*smiles*
humm...geodesy?
I know what geology is..earth related geophysics=effects of weather geodetic=measurements of the earth and it's surface geobotany=study of plant species
but then there is geodesic=having something to do with designating the shortess line between two points on a curved surface..which could be used to measure the earth's surface I suppose...
Humm..would you put it in layman terms for me? *places dunce cap on her head*
I like collecting rocks and fossils however...like camping out too..
(sorry about the pic...but she's still around and will appear here and there..okay?)
Thank you for coming by to see me... posted you in both the game area and the welcoming area...
Have you ever thought of creating a get together for the D&D games? You'd make a great DMaster...

Re: Okay...
Hehe... I checked in the dictionary before posting here ;)
geodesy=measurements of the earth and it's surface
As for DD, I'm flattered by your words but I don't think I would manage as a Dmaster - too much work for this overworked beastie ;)

Well if you ever deside to though...
you would be a great DMaster...
Okay now that geodesy is defined...
how will you use this...what type of job would you have that requires the measurement of the earth's surface...and for what purpose..
like some jobs are site related (like for contractors for building on large site areas)
Is it used for any earthquake or earth shifting type work..
Sorry I don't mean to sound nosey...but I know there are careers out there in the world I probably have never heard of before...

Re: Well if you ever deside to though...
Geodesy is closely connected to building. It's a good, well paid job and since I've always been fascinated by all sorts of maps, especially those super-accurate ones ;), it'll be a pleasure to study geodesy, providing I pass the exams of course.

Humm...
can put it this way too...
Most of us PRG game players have a little extra determination than most... 'If we don't get it the first time; we try, try again until we do'...
